Community is such an important part of running. Clients can pose a question or start a chat with fellow clients and coaches in periodic group calls.
You will receive your workouts via your own personal app that you can view on your device or web browser. Demo videos can be viewed in app.
Upon sign up all clients receive useful resources including running basics, tips for injury prevention, dynamic warmup exercises, guidelines for adjusting workouts, and much more.
Your coach will be available through private email and the chat feature in your app for questions, feedback, encouragement, and advice.
