I am a USATF certified track and cross country coach.  I have been coaching high school track and cross country for eight years.  I have a passion for good food.  I’m nine marathons in with many, many more to go.  I’m chasing big goals myself and using the skills I teach along the way.

Sherrie Shepherd

I’m Sherrie Shepherd.  I’ve been engaged in the fitness arena for over 12 years. I’ve run 22 full marathons, 2 ultra-marathons and countless other races.  I’ve worked as an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA and Les Mills group Fitness instructor since 2014, and ReVO2lution Certified Running Coach since 2016. Just recently I have started the certification process as a NESTA Sports nutritionist.  My expertise lies in runner’s specific strength training, injury prevention and muscle balance.
As a mother of 5, I have found that running has been an amazing tool to combat life’s many curveballs.  Not only has it helped me improve my physical health, but most importantly, running has improved my mental health! I am passionate about using movement to help the body heal itself from the inside out!

Camie Draxler

My name is Camie Draxler. I have been running for 20 plus years. I have run more than 20 marathons! I started running to “get ready” for high school track. My dad used to talk about running and told me the route he used to take. I ran that route often.  I began thinking I was a sprinter, but switched to long distance and have never looked back. I ran my first marathon the year I graduated from high school. My favorite thing about running is that it is absolutely always here for me. Whether it be an amazing trail run adventure, a solo treadmill run, or a large team road run. It is there if I run 3 miles or 26.2. Running is the one thing that helps me stay grounded. As a mom of 5 kids I need that time to keep myself sane and happy. I have made my most dear friends while running. We have cried so many tears together, celebrated so many wins, talked each other through so many hard moments, I’ve had such amazing spiritual experiences, and most of all so much joy! The lessons I have learned and continue to learn through running gives me such a desire to share that with others. I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. I love to coach and hope to help so many people find greater happiness through running!

Emily Riddle

I started running in 2011 at the age of 34, running my first half marathon in the fall of 2012 and my first marathon in the spring of 2013. I’ve since added 10 more marathons and many other races to those. I never imagined when I took those first few steps 7 years ago, the immense impact running would have on my life. The lessons learned, the physical and mental endurance gained, the lifelong friendships acquired…all priceless gifts running has generously given me. My coach has been a beacon of light in my running journey and I’m excited to share that journey with others.

Camie is the best. I ran my first full marathon this September. Camie sent me a training plan and explained everything very well. She was always there to answer any questions that I had or to just help me stay in the right mindset during all of the training. She would check in with me and make sure I was doing okay and getting my runs in. I love how full of running knowledge she is and how she keeps you positive. She helps you realize that you really can do this. I was privileged enough to have Camie show up at my marathon and keep me going! I am grateful for her and that she was able to be with me in this experience. She even helped me realize that I could run another marathon.
